We take great care packaging every piece to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

• Originals: 5–7 business days to carefully package and ship
• Prints: 7–10 business days to produce and ship

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Most orders ship via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Original Paintings

Because each original is a one-of-a-kind work of art, all sales of original paintings are final. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Prints

Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Please reach out to us at our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue.

Commissions

Commission deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due upon completion and approval of the piece. Please see our Commissions page for full details.
